Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse in Arvada, Colorado, United States, usually within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

United States

Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–4 business days) is completely free on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order value required. Every Subscribe & Save delivery also ships free. Express shipping with USPS Priority (typically 1–3 business days after dispatch) is available at checkout, calculated by weight from $9.99. We cannot currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

International

We ship selected products to Canada, most of Europe and parts of Asia-Pacific with FedEx, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Some products can only be shipped within the United States; if an item cannot be sent to your country it will be shown as unavailable.

Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Problems with delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us at contact@nutrima.us and we will put it right.
