What is in the Strips collection

An oral strip is a thin film made with a base such as pullulan that carries the active ingredients and a flavor. The strips in the range cover the same goals as the capsule products: sleep (melatonin, valerian root, lavender), focus (L-theanine, GABA, caffeine), vitamins and minerals (iron and folate; vitamin D3 and K2), beauty (collagen peptide; biotin), digestion (Bacillus coagulans; probiotic) and botanicals. Flavors and sweeteners are part of the ingredient list on each product page.

How to choose

Pick by the ingredient you want, then check the flavor and the daily maximum on the label; the suggested use for strips is typically one strip a day. Because the format is small and flat, a pack of 30 weighs about 33 g, which makes strips the easiest format to carry.
