nutrima is an online store for dietary supplements, skincare, functional coffee and body care, sold under our own nutrima label. This page explains who runs the store, where the products come from, how your order reaches you, and the rules we follow when we write about what we sell.
Who we are
nutrima is a brand of Stackvian LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our registered office is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Stackvian LLC is the seller on every nutrima order, and it is the company responsible for the products, the product information on this site and the customer service you receive.
We are an online business. When you buy from nutrima.us, you are buying directly from Stackvian LLC.
What we sell
Our range covers four groups of products:
- Dietary supplements in several formats: capsules, powders, gummies, liquid drops and dissolvable oral strips. The range includes vitamins and minerals, protein powders, creatine, collagen, mushroom blends, probiotics and fiber, and herbal formulas.
- Skincare and hair care, such as face serums, eye creams and scalp serums.
- Functional coffee and tea, including flavored whole-bean and ground coffees and matcha powder.
- Body care, such as bar soaps, body scrubs and tallow creams.

How our products are made
nutrima products are private-label products. That means each formula is produced for us by a contract manufacturer and packed under the nutrima label. We do not own a factory, and we do not claim to.
Our part of the work is choosing which formulas to offer, writing the product information, setting prices and looking after customers. The manufacturer's specifications and the printed label are the basis for every ingredient list and every amount we show.
The country of manufacture differs from product to product. It is shown on each product page, so you can check it before you buy rather than relying on a general statement from us.
How orders are fulfilled
Orders are stored, packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from a fulfillment center in Arvada, Colorado, United States.
- Processing: orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Tracking: when your order ships, you receive an email with tracking details, where tracking is available for your delivery method.
- Free US shipping applies to orders of $59 or more and to every Subscribe & Save delivery. Other rates, including international rates, are calculated at checkout.

Our labeling and wording standards
Supplements and cosmetics are easy to describe in ways that sound exciting and are hard to back up. We try to do the opposite. These are the standards we hold every product page to:
- The full label on every page. Each product page shows the product label, including the ingredient list and, for supplements, the Supplement Facts panel with the amount per serving. The information on the page is written to match the printed label.
- Structure/function wording only. Under US rules, a dietary supplement may describe how a nutrient or ingredient relates to the normal structure or function of the body. It may not claim to act on a disease. We keep to that line, and we describe products by what they contain and how they are used.
- The FDA disclaimer. Where supplement information appears, we show the standard statement that it has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- No invented credibility. We do not publish made-up reviews, experts, awards, test results or statistics. If we cannot show it, we do not say it.

Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics, not medicines. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, take medication or have a medical condition, please talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.
Our promises to customers
- 30-day first-order guarantee. If a product from your first order is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund one unit of that product. No return is needed. This applies to one unit per customer, on the first order only.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Send us your order number and a photo of the item.
- EU, EEA, Swiss and UK customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery and return unopened products.
- Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time, with no minimum term. You can manage them yourself by logging in to your account.
- Card payments. Payments are processed by Shopify at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Because supplements are consumable, other change-of-mind returns are not accepted outside the cases above. The full terms are in our Refund policy.
