Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. We reply to emails within one business day. Messages sent in the evening, at the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next business day.

What to include for an order issue

A few details let us sort things out on the first reply:

• Your order number, from your order confirmation email.
• The name and email address used for the order.
• For a damaged or defective item: a photo of the item and its packaging.
• For an incorrect item: a photo of what you received, including the label.
• For a delivery question: the tracking number, if you have one.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. If you are using our 30-day first-order guarantee, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. The details are in our Refund policy.

Managing a subscription

You do not need to contact us to change a subscription. Log in to your account to pause, skip or cancel at any time. There is no minimum term. If you have trouble logging in, email us and we will help.
