La collection Café & thé contient du café arabica et du matcha. Les cafés en grains sont proposés en paquets de 340 g, en torréfaction claire, moyenne ou foncée, dont Deep Roast Coffee, Fruity Bloom Coffee et Forest Decaf Coffee, auxquels s’ajoutent des cafés aromatisés comme Rich Hazelnut, Molten Caramel et Velvet Cocoa. Trois cafés sont également vendus en capsules, par boîtes de 12. La collection comprend aussi deux cafés aux champignons avec hydne hérisson (lion’s mane) et chaga, un café instantané et Matcha cérémoniel en poudre. Disponible aux États-Unis.

What is in the Coffee & Tea collection
Each coffee page lists the roast level, the varietals, the growing regions and the acidity level stated by the roaster. Whole bean: twelve coffees from light to dark roast, one of them decaf. Ground: Vitality Mushroom Coffee with lion's mane and chaga, and Hemp Harvest Coffee with hemp protein powder. Pods: Fruity Bloom (light roast), Rich Hazelnut (medium roast) and Molten Caramel (dark roast). Instant: Sweet Brew Instant Coffee and Mushroom Fuse Instant Coffee. Tea: stone-ground Ceremonial Matcha Powder in a 54 g pack.
How to choose
Choose the format that fits your equipment: whole bean if you grind at home, ground for drip and pour-over, pods for single-serve machines, instant for hot water only. Then choose the roast: the light roasts are listed with medium-high acidity, the dark roasts with low acidity. Flavored coffees are named after their flavor. Store coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
